absolute trash lord. stuck in 2007. i love bread and suffering. the reason i love that film is because it's really depressing.

It's phenomenal! Only the realest of MVP will share that DVD with you. Have you seen Darjeeling Limited? That's the first one I'd seen, when I was about 10 or 11, and straight away I knew I'd enjoy all his films. I've actually yet to see Rushmore, but it's on my list along with Bottle Rocket. I have a double sided list of movies I want about as tall as myself (which isn't actually that much).

I loved it so much, but I think my obsession has never really went away...I saw Grand Budapest in the cinema! It's really good and just come out on DVD in England so I'm guessing you can get it somewhere; my sister bought it and the cover is really lush.

no, don't! never feel silly because it was very nice to have someone care about my stupid slumps. tbh, there isn't a direct english translation so interpretation can be key here, but it's mostly considered to be like "hey, things will get better if you wait awhile". english can be very limited

hi, i don't really know what to say but i just wanted to thank you very much for your comment, it was sweet and i find it nice that someone has taken time out of their day to ask if i'm all right. so, thank you for being very nice and sweet. bon courage generally means good luck (it implies that success will come from hardship, so your wording is great), by the way :)

requiem for a dream is a beautifully terrifying film. it's brutal and harsh and it makes you feel vulnerable.
but that may be me because i'm prone to becoming very snotty whilst watching it.

i'm not entirely sure, just in general i think you have very similar faces. i think it may have been your smile; marion hardly ever smiled but when she did it left an impression.
and your eyes, definitely. although marion's are green they just feel similar.

/stops awkwardly waxing poetic/

your face reminds me of marion's from requiem for a dream and that hurts me a lot inside
